Glock Micro Comp Installation Instructions

Step 1. Remove Slide
Step 2. Remove Recoil Spring Assembly
Step 3. Apply Loctite to barrel threads (Red is recommended to ensure comp stays timed. This will be a semi-permanent install.)
Step 4. Thread on compensator until it stops then back off until Micro Comp is timed with the three ports facing upward.
Step 5. Apply Blue Loctite to set screws and tighten with 5/64 Allen Wrench. Make sure your Micro Comp stays timed throughout this process. Gradually snug up each screw going back and forth between screws until tight. Once tight, snug up to 11 inch pounds.
Step 6. Try to rotate your compensator to ensure tightness.
Step 7. Reinstall Recoil Spring Assembly
Step 8. Reinstall slide onto frame.
Step 9. Go to range.
Step 10. Shoot gun.
Step 11. Be happy.

 

Glock 43 and M&P Micro Comp Installation Instructions

Step 1. Remove Slide
Step 2. Remove Recoil Spring Assembly
Step 3. Apply Loctite to barrel threads (Red is recommended to ensure comp stays timed. This will be a semi-permanent install.)
Step 4. Thread on compensator until it stops then back off until Micro Comp is timed with the three ports facing upward.
Step 5. Let Loctite dry (overnight recommended)
Step 6. Reinstall recoil spring assembly
Step 7. Reinstall slide onto frame.
Step 8. Go to range.
Step 9. Shoot gun.
Step 10. Be happy.
